Disclosure of inside information
In accordance with our philosophy of transparency and the obligation to publish inside information in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Prevention of Abuse in Wholesale Energy Markets", which provides that before the inside information publication platforms start functioning in Ukraine, wholesale energy market participants carry out disclosure of inside information on their websites.
